Pollack has Halo removed
Muddled with Reggie McNeal's goal to match Michael Irvin's resume, David Pollack finally had his Halo removed Thursday.
If Pollack has to have surgery, his football career will be over. Even if he doesn't need surgery, his football future is still in jeopardy. It's something he's been coming to grips with all along, saying if doctors tell him he'll risk re-injury and perhaps paralysis by playing again, he won't.

Well of course he'll risk re-injuring it.
If he walks down steps he'll risk re-injuring it.
If he leaves the bottom floor of his house(going upstairs, downstairs, or outside) he'll risk re-injuring it.
This is good news, don't get me wrong. But my point is he'll risk re-injuring no matter what. But I guess I can see why he wouldn't play.
I liked him, too. Woulda really liked to see him back.
I think we all just want what is best for David.
