If the NFL is trying to find ways to make the game as Gattaca as possible, then they're doing a good job.
Anyway, a celebration is considered a delay of game -- the supposed reason for the rule change.
What takes longer? A Chad Johnson celebration or a head coach calling a timeout to give the refs additional time to figure out if the booth wants to replay a play that happened three minutes ago?
I'm wondering if the NFL is making rules up more towards marketing the sports headlines than they are "progressing the sports".
