Levi Jones aired his frustrations over the weekend pondering his place on the team. Marvin Lewis shot back that Levi needs to worry about the team, not himself. Then Jones' agent fired back, event threatening, that other teams would "love to have him" and that he doesn't want to be a backup.
Jones went on to apologize over Labor day "if" his remarks caused distraction. I would say his agent created the biggest distraction -- whether or not instructed to, I don't know. Jones was frustrated and we understood that. We all get frustrated with our jobs on an individual level when we still have the team's best interest at heart.
