2009 NFL Draft??

Im assuming the bengals will be in the top five 09 draft. I've looked at the early ESPN suggested draft picks and dont have a clue who would fit the bengals for the first couple of rounds. Just would like to hear some opinions on who everyone thinks cincy would go for in the early rounds. God knows Im praying for some good picks that will make an impact and show up for us.

Who The 'F' Knows at This Point?

They can use help literally everywhere. Seriously. Well maybe except for Corner. Safety also MIGHT be OK. That’s a big “Might.” Ndukwe is injury prone and if anyone is sold on Marvin White, they’re high. D-Tackle might be safe now…IF…Shirley ever gets in uniform. Sims looks like he’ll be a player. Peko? …if you cut his hair, we wouldn’t notice him. He’s a big “whatever dude” if you ask me. Thornton will thank god be out of here next year too.

So…they need:

LB’s
DE’s
always can use a D-Tackle
O-Tackles (at least one)
Guards
…a F-CKING CENTER!!
…a F-CKING RUNNING BACK!!

Probably another WR
A TE wouldn’t hurt….but is last on the food chain — as always.

And hopefully not a QB…but you never know. I know Fitz-Douche-Nuts is NOT the answer. So we could always use another “Jeff Rowe” in the 5th. (Wouldn’t that be sweet?)

Short story long…trying to guess who the best college players are today that can fill these voids — and yes, they ARE all voids — is a total waste of time. Bowl games, combines, “Senior Day’s,” and dumb@ss Mel Kiper and his pathetic little disciples will all decide in February/March who the next group of “Can’t Miss” 1st Rd. picks are. The best part is that everyone will believe that Mel and his cronies know what they are talking about.

One thing you can be sure of this: Whoever the Bengals take in the first few rounds are either destined to be busts or have career ending injuries by year 1 or 2.

So why do we even care?
