Where is Joey Porter's apology to Levi Jones?

Even though Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter apologized to his team and head coach for personal fouls on back-to-back plays, then refusing to leave, it got me thinking: did Porter apologize to Levi Jones after he sucker-punched Jones with a posse of three behind him at the Palms casino in Las Vegas? Jones said at the time:

"He (Porter) got my attention from the front and wouldn't get near me until the six guys jumped me from behind, (then) he took part," Jones said. "What started everything was the dude hit me from behind. From then on, I had to protect myself. I was attacked by seven guys. I don't know what man is going to withstand that, especially with an NFL player involved."

Porter was later fined three game checks.

Porter has been walking on eggshells

with most of the fanbase since Sunday.

He hasn’t been the fan favorite after acting like that towards Coach Sparano. Who doesn’t sub-out after back-to-back stupid penalties? He knew he was playing like crap, both teams knew it, and the fans knew it. He only made himself look stupid when refusing to come out. He’s only apologizing so he doesn’t get benched next week for insubordination.

I wouldn’t expect him to make amends with Levi anytime soon.
