The NFL Player's Association released the base salaries on Antwan Odom's five-year deal. The defensive end is scheduled to make only $900,000 in 2008. The base rockets through the roof after the initial season. In 2009 and 2010, Odom base pay is $3.4 million per. In 2011, it's $4.5 million and then $5.3 million in the final season. Further details on the contract haven't been released -- well, that I could find.

And since I'm convinced others read this blog, we might see those numbers. Just a theory.
