Jason Shirley's lawyer asks to postpone re-trial

PrintBengals rookie defensive tackle, Jason Shirley, spent Wednesday in court as his lawyer asked the judge to postpone his re-trial (hit-and-run and drunk driving) until after the NFL season. We're not really sure if the judge will post-pone the case simply because Shirley is not a high-profile NFL (or NBA) player. That's the legal system, man. The judge held any decision and told everyone to return Friday.
