Saturday afternoon links and notes
It's not that Chad Johnson is hanging out with Vanessa Hudgens. It's that he's wearing a Cincinnati Bengals tee-shirt.
Someone else is weighing into the Marvin Lewis "on the hot seat" debate. The irony here is that the debate is actually if Lewis is on the "hot seat", not if he should be fired.
Corey Lynch will be at this year's ESPYS nominated with his team for the "Biggest Upset Award" after Appalachian State's 34-32 upset over Michigan. Lynch blocked the field goal to seal the win.
This piece ranks the Cincinnati Bengals with the third best offensive line... in the AFC North.

There is a legitimate point to be made about our 07 line not getting a push up the middle, but Ghiaciuc has probably matured physically, and this analysis was made without including Andrews in the mix. And, if Ghiaciuc proves to be ineffective we could have the 345 pound Williams snapping the ball, and Andrews at right guard.
The 07 line only gave up 17 sacks last year and they running game suffered more from the fact that the coaching staff insisted upon running an ineffective running back than anything else.
