Impressions?

Rusty offensive start, poor receiving besides Utecht, piss poor tackling, Marvin White’s swagger that needs some arm wrapping, Fitzpatrick shining as backup, Perry looking great, Rivers and Johnson showing up nicely, Geathers with a sack- and Dexter as well. Looking forward to Shirley, Corey Lynch, Kyries Hebert in the second half, maybe some of Jerome Simpson and Caldwell running routes for Jordan Palmer.

Trainers wanted to keep him out tonight.. shoulder problem. That’s why he’s not playing.

I’d like to see Marvin wrap up once in a while too, not just always try to take the guy’s head off. Do I want him to kill folk sometimes? You betcha. But if it’s not a sure thing, wrap him up.

On the other hand, I don’t mind him trying to blow people up right now. I want love for him to have the reputation as a smacker… to make people worry that he’s in the neighborhood for some fun mind games—we don’t have that type of player.
