Its so bad to see Chinedum out of the line up it was real upsetting when he got hurt

It's good to see

Frostee doing full practice Friday. He almost made up for a rather invisible Antwan Odom last week. I’d also like to see Jason “Big” Shirley get some snaps.

Even a concussed Haynesworth makes my facemask look for approaching cleats.
