Wow - Buckeyes offense goes three-and-out

Sacked on third down by #32, who blitzed and no blockers accounted for him.

First Bobcats drive

Incomplete pass — though the OU protection was pretty good.
Three-yard run — thrown down by Ross Homan (Linebacker)
First down on third down. QB runs after good coverage, but no defensive player over the middle. QB runs for the first down.

Bobcats punt

First down – Incomplete pass — screen pass was overthrown while the Bobcats QB fell backwards.

Second down – quick pass picking up four yards. Pass was a bit off, forcing the receiver to dive for the pass.

Third down (and six) – Buckeyes blitz three, rush three on the line, and force the QB out of the pocket to roll out to the right. Passed to wide receiver, who dropped the pass.

OU Punts.

Second Buckeyes Drive... second three-and-out

First down — Todd B. drops back, can’t find anyone and scrambles forward for a small two-yard gain. The protection is breaking down.

Second down — Todd B. rolls out right and hits Todd S. for a five yard pickup.

Third down (and three) — Todd B. hits Robi., on a wide receiver screen. The DB read the blocks, the play, and drops Robi for a one-yard loss.

Bobcats offense, good protection, and another first down pickup

Buckeyes aren’t getting their pressure through… protection either picking it up, or the pass play is a modified rollout away from the blitz.

LAWRENCE WILSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

QB went to throw a rainbow pass to the RB running into the flats. Wilson puts up his big paw on the left side (from OU point of view), tips the pass and intercepts the pass and then returns it 25 yards!!!

Third possession

After two runs that set up a third-and-nine, Todd B. gets blitzed and blown up. He got rid of the pass, hit Ray Small and picked up the Buckeyes first first-down of the game.

Bobcats go incomplete, short five-yard screen pass and incomplete. Theo Scott was blown up by Jermale Hines (LB) and rolled on the field for a little bit.

Damn Rupert Murdoch and his stranglehold over NFL Sunday Ticket! If Congress would actually step in and prevent the NFL from giving him exclusive rights (as they did with MLB Extra Innings), I would not have to watch a granulated Buckeyes game that cuts out every 5 minutes on DirecTV.

ESPN should get out of the business of "real-time" scoring

They are usually 2-3 plays slow, and the Michigan/Miami U game shows as being “final”.

Miami stalls

Though the refs called a third-down play, incomplete when in reality it was a backwards pass and fumble. The ball was scooped up by Miami and picked up the first down — though it’s incomplete, and thus the conversion doesn’t happen.

tOSU defense

Just can’t stop the option-like play. There’s so much attention on Boo Jackson — when hands the ball off, the defense is still looking at Boo, letting the RB waltz by them.

The incomplete pass in the Miami game

Was a blown call and the refs acknowledged the blown play. Therefore, the play will be replayed since an incomplete can’t be reviewed.

NO!!!! Miami U kicks FG, Michigan still leading 10-6

Good pass into the hands of Miami U receiver. DB causes enough distraction, kind of slapped the ball out, for the incomplete.
