Benson leads NFL in rush yards
When is the last time we could say that the Cincinnati Bengals have the NFL leader in rush yards? Dillon? Johnson? I don't know but its been awhile (I don't feel like looking it up). One thing is for sure Benson is one hell of a pickup, but you can't give him all the credit, our offensive line play has been great! Alot better than we all thought they would be, and with big Andre Smith coming soon to a stadium near you, I expect BIGGER and better things for this offensive line. Back to Cedric, its been 40 straight games since the Ravens gave up a 100 yard performance by a running back, and Benson shattered that! Surprised? After Sunday's game he's doin an interview with Lap and the man starts crying, and thanking the Bengals for giving him a shot. Now that almost brought a tear to my eye, and when I saw the Lewis give Zimmer the game ball, now that did bring tears to my eyes. This is going to be a special season, and I just can't wait for the next game, WHO DEY!!!
After Sunday’s historic 120-yard effort in the 17-14 win over the Ravens, Benson has 487 yards and a six-yard lead over Minnesota’s Adrian Peterson.
This was a great day!!

Mb better give this guy an extension!!
He waited on TJ and lost a very good player. By not giving TJ an extension he disrupts the locker room because TJ was pissed off. After you know it it"s to late. Then he’ll go somewhere else. (Seattle) This is what will happen to Benson and the locker room if MB doesn’t do it!

Without question Ced Benson deserves an extension
Dude comes to play every time he’s out on the field. He’s also a guy who gets better with more touches, like Dillon or Rudi in their prime, only Cedric’s a little faster than either of those guys were. I was excited last year when we got him, because although he didn’t have a great season, he showed that he was much better than Perry, and was also better at holding on to the football than Perry was.

I voted yes too
Benson definitely looks powerful in his run. Is he a young Rudi Johnson, Cory Dillon? At the end of the season, that is the time to put a stamp on his performance. I’d sign him to a new 3 year deal then. Bengals fans can show a lot of love and appreciation in the meantime during the season.

He's a great RB for us
And a big part of the offense, allowing for many things to happen. Nice work Ced.
