Final Practice/Injury Report: Houston Texans (2-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (4-1). Brian Leonard listed as doubtful
Brian Leonard and Frostee Rucker each missed practice for the entire week due to injury; both are listed as doubtful. Marvin Lewis is very unlikely to active either player; in the past, when a player missed the entire week, for the most part, they didn't play that week. Quarterback Carson Palmer fully participated in practice even with a bum thumb on his non-throwing hand. Even though they participated in some form during practice, Tank Johnson and Roy Williams are listed as questionable.

appears that
Texans DT Shaun Cody will miss Sundays game, which could mean good things for Cincy’s rushing game.
Although not everything is turning up stripes for the Bengals, Brian Leonard probably won’t see any action Sunday. Rumor has his groin injury as a nagging injury that could affect his playtime for the next few weeks. So if it’s 3rd or 4th down with the game on the line, Leonard could be sitting on the sideline this Sunday.

we have this game and the Chicago game
then the bye week. Let Leonard rest his nuts for these weeks and the bye, he’ll be good to go!!! That’s what they should do.

Don't look too much into it.
Cody was a free agent acquisition and is pretty far from a good player. He’s better than some of the guys who got reps last ear but not what we call an improvement. Its gonna be interesting tho. Frank Okam who has been deactivated the last three weeks due to illness if i’m not mistaken is getting the start. Okam isn’t as good in the finesse department, but at 6-5, almost 340 pounds he’s got run stopping potential. He’s basically unmovable but doesn’t USUALLY get any sort of penetration. i’m anxious to see what happens.
Looking forward to not having an 8-8 year!
