Practice Squad / Roster Spot
I do not know what kind of contract Dede Dorsey has right now, but I'd love to see the Bengals go after him with the running back position battered right now. The bye week will hopefully heal Scott and Leonard but if not, lets get Dorsey back in the orange and black. I do not believe Dede is eligible for the practice squad, but I would like to see him make it in the NFL. Another option could be Fui Vakapuna who was a powerful runner in college who could be brought back to the practice squad if anything.

RE: Leonard
Actually, he’s healthy. They didn’t put him on the active roster against the Bears because they wanted an extra d-lineman. I’m sure they may hesitate before making that decision in the future.

Why, because we won 45 vs 10 without him?

I assuming he ...
means because they were forced to run Benson late in the game of a 45-10 romp (cuz Scott was hurt). Image if Benson blew a knee on that last carry.

Fui is on Arizona’s practice squad. In order for the Bengals to re-acquired him they would have to sign him to the active roster. They have had several in to try out for the open slot, either no one is sticking out or they are waiting to see if an injury occurs in the next game. Since Jones is healthy and Trent has been playing well I’m a bit surprised they still have two CBs on the squad. I thought Marcus Freeman would be a good fit. LB,Ohio State, special teams but apparently his try out wasn’t impressive.
