Former Cowboys out
Tank Johnson and Roy Williams are both out today.
Which means Tom Nelson and Frostee Rucker will be active for the first time. Pat Sims will start for Tank. Ndukwe for Williams and Mathis will start ahead of Livings, who will be active this week.

whoa really?
does this mean that tank and Roy are worse than we thought? if this was ravens week would they still be out or are the coaches taking the browns for granted?

Don't know if you guys have noticed
But Leon Hall is starting to get some really big love from the national media for his cornerback skills. There’s been a lot of talk about him this year regarding being one of the best corners in the game. Good to see the love!
good times
i think the last dominant corner the bengals had was Eric Thomas.
"I have found me a home"
According to NFL Network
The Seahawks will not be communicating verbally on defense, only using hand signals. They fear Peyton Manning is smart enough to pick up on their defensive calls. All players will be wearing wristbands and Lofa Tatupu will be calling out plays by number. Talk about overthinking things. I bet they get shredded today,
Eric Mangini
said Carson Palmer can make things happen with his feet. Really?

Morning boys, and WHO DEY!
I’ll be in and out today again (as I will next weekend) as at 3 pm I have a seven-hour long first rehearsal of Tech Week for our show next weekend. I’ll be keeping tabs on the game on my iPhone after that, though. Expect my weekly article later on tonight or tomorrow afternoon. :)
I'm in freak out mode right now.
