I don't know how you're blaming Palmer.

They’ve stuck with the run run pass, and it didn’t work. The defense can’t get off the field. They’re allowing the Browns abysmal offense run up and down the field with them. This is not on Palmer.

It isn’t over yet, but the offense really needs to show up. The D has been very good this year, but they can’t keep it up when the O keeps failing miserably.

3rd string RB from the browns with almost 100 yards, some dude named Massaaasudihasuidhquoi or wahtever has like 150 yards receiving…that is not good D

Cedric vs. worst rushing defense. Receivers vs. rookie corner. Worst offense vs. the entire defense. And all of those matchups have gone the Browns way.

When Baltimore Look at the tape

They should worry. Somehow, this team loses battles but wins the war.

by mskiles314 on Oct 4, 2009 5:17 PM EDT up reply actions

True

Because even with poor ST play, we still pull it off.

by Danimal, Destroyer of Worlds on Oct 4, 2009 5:19 PM EDT up reply actions

What you have to remember is

the other teams get paid too do their job as well. If they do it better on one or two plays then it makes us look bad. Browns are a legit NFL team. They arent OAK, DET, or STL. The issue is the Bengals getting up 2 scores and checking out. We were the better team and we won, but I would argue we aren’t much better. CLEs line in very solid, unlike ours. Overall they are probably better in the trenches.
