Bengals workout Joey Galloway on Tuesday
Plus two other veteran players in Defensive Tacke Ed Johnson and Safety Mike Doss
ESPN reported Tuesday the Bengals worked out a trio of veterans in wide receiver Joey Galloway, defensive tackle Ed Johnson, and safety Mike Doss, a guy that was with them late last season.
We are looking to sign a bunch of veterans it looks like, but I would have liked to see Simpson play before we signed another wideout. Seriously? or at least Coffman in a wideout role.

I hope...
That they sign Galloway, drop Coats, and start using Coffman. Galloway + LJ = insurance for the playoff push. We can’t have Ocho, Coles and Caldwell as the only people catching passes or they are going to get dinged up eventually. Purify, Coats, Foschi and Cosby are the only other options right now since Simpson and Coffman have yet to dress. We need to add to that stable.

Don't drop coates
Coffman isn’t ready. Were he ready, he’d be in there. Having trouble learning to block from whatever it was I saw sometime ago.
That'd be the butt, bob.

Galloway may be old
But so is Favre. Wasn’t Galloway making plays in Tampa Bay last year? Mike Doss has never impressed me.

I just don’t think we need a 38 year old speedster. If he was even a semblance of his old self the Patriots would have found a way to use him.
This is our year!
