Breaking: Game between Bengals and Ravens sells out
Just when you think the Bengals are bound for their first non-sellout in nearly 50 games, somehow, someone (fans perhaps?) pull through. Local 12 Tweets that "*BREAKING NEWS* Bengals game WILL AIR Sunday at 1 p.m. on Local 12. Game is sold out!!" (via Joe Reedy's tweet because we actually don't follow local 12)
No word on how many were sold to fans, or to an area company or to a player looking to hand them out on Saturday. In fact, the team has yet to make the announcement official. We'll update as news breaks through.
But yea. Bengals. Ravens. Local 12. Time to kick some ass.

You don't have to sell every single ticket to make it a sellout.
I don’t understand it either.
"If it wasn't this, it'd be something else."
Lol. The best news in Cinci is that you have actually sold out a game.
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
No, its was headline news here. Kinda funny that a team has to buy there own tickets just to get the game on TV.

here's why the team is having trouble selling out
Thousands of season ticket holders dropped the Bengals like a bad habit after last years crappy season, , tired of years and years of futility, as urged by these guys….
Until the owner puts up some money for more scouting and front office personnel, (nonfamily members), most fans aren’t willing put another dime in our greedy owners pocket.
Laugh all you want, but the fans are trying to make a stmt, 5 wins hasn’t changed their minds.
but hey, I’m going, i’ll enjoy myself, but i can’t blame the masses that are tired of our owner.
3 yards and a pile of dust
I think it is funny that the Bengals have to buy there own tickets just to get the game on TV. I gave up on Bengals many years ago, they were never really on TV anyway in the 90’s. Have been a Ravens fan since they mover to Baltimore. Have to love that Ravens D. Go Ravens!!!!!!!

those are the brownies 1.0, which you all arent entitled too, should have been made to accept the brownies 2.0 as your team with cleveland getting its team back.

How ironic
Just about the same time they started becoming playoff and superbowl contenders. I guess it is easier to switch teams then to stay with one during the good and bad times.
I should have said that I never have been a Bengals fan never cared for the team and just gave up on them all together in the 96 when Baltimore got the Ravens. I’ve been an O’s fan since 86 when I first saw them in Memorial Stadium. Been a Ravens fan before they even thought about playoffs. Go Ravens!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bengals/Ravens Shown in Richmond, VA
Here is a typical Bengals vs. Ravens fan episode: Wore my Bengals sweatshirt to a restaurant in central VA. Waitress said, “You’re brave to wear that. I’m a Ravens fan.” I said, “We’re in 1st place in the AFC North and we will beat you again this week.” I did not tip her.
