No thanks on Modern Warfare 2
I can’t believe the way Infinity Ward is gutting the PC game. I’m sorry, but the PC = console is not the way to keep a PC market that single-handedly keeps games in the public eye.
Yea, but...
PC market is decidedly shifting for the MMORPG gamer while the console (Xbox and PS3) is aiming for the first person shooters. At least, that’s what I’ve noticed.
I think they both serve their purposes.
Honestly, I can’t wait for Star Wars’ The Old Republic for the PC. That’s probably the one game I’m dying to play.
And in truth, the Xbox (at least) is a computer. I’ve broken both units down and you could nearly put all of those pieces into a basic PC.

FPS are meant to be played in the PC environment...
No thumb-aiming for me, thanks. I’ll stick to the mouse and keyboard.
;)
Oh, 100% agree.
I came from the original Doom, Duke Nuk’em, original Wolfenstein days. When Halo came out, it took me months to adjust. Mouse and keyboard, FTW!

Not sure that's something I'll schedule.
Once the Xbox gets kicked on, I could be gone for about 2-3 weeks. If there’s not posts for three days, you’ll know. If you don’t see posts for 2 weeks, then worried. If you don’t see posts for a month, then call the cops.

Despite the UC win
That game was kinda garbage defensively

You mean like the Bearcats playing prevent defense throughout the entire second half?

Playing prevent defense at any phase in the game
is garbage in my opinion.

Finally, a Cosby return. An awesome eight-yarder.

Hey, he made someone miss..
which is more than in years past.

I know... that's why I said awesome eight-yarder. :)

Benson and Chad, combined for 90 yards in the first quarter.
Chad – four receptions, 45 yards

There's Chris. 20 yard pass. Henry is hurt.

Maybe broken arm?
Air cast on his arm.

That I am okay with.
Exposes the Ravens’ already suspect secondary.

If you can, would that be something they'd have an air cast and cart for?

Like I said above,
Tall and skinny people usually have blood pressure issues of some sort. Break a bone, blood pressure drops, you almost pass out, certainly can’t walk.
The more it moves, the worse it gets.
And, the worse it hurts.
"If it wasn't this, it'd be something else."
MB should offer him a contract now...
he;ll be more likely to sign. I hope he’s OK.

Bengals offense loses momentum...
Two rushes, zero yards
Blogger at CincyJungle.com -- SB Nation Cincinnati Bengals blog.
First down, COLES!
Bengals re-gain momentum.
Palmer was drilled too.
Blogger at CincyJungle.com -- SB Nation Cincinnati Bengals blog.
Palmer moving in the pocket has to be one of the biggest surprises this year.
That, and the offensive line.
Blogger at CincyJungle.com -- SB Nation Cincinnati Bengals blog.
The only bigger surprise
Is Palmer making like Vick and running with it
by Danimal, Destroyer of Worlds on Nov 8, 2009 2:05 PM EST up reply actions
Pryce got nailed by Palmer's backside coming down.
kinda Tebow-esque.

Name of this drive...
The infirmary drive.

Maybe.
Unless they supplement him with Chase. An interesting thought, eh?

to be honest i bet it is more likely Coffman – with his height – gets a call

Do we have a WR on the practice squad?
I hope it doesn’t come to that, but just in case…
"If it wasn't this, it'd be something else."
I was thinking worst-case
If Henry goes on IR, who takes his spot?
"If it wasn't this, it'd be something else."
I'm having a man-crush on Palmer right now.
Blogger at CincyJungle.com -- SB Nation Cincinnati Bengals blog.
Palmer is REALLY showing leadership this year
I always bagged on him for not running more.

but unlike the last game against the Ravens where we were killing them in every category we are up two scores
by Sheffieldbengal on Nov 8, 2009 2:09 PM EST up reply actions
It was out the back anyway.
He wouldn’t have brought it in.
"If it wasn't this, it'd be something else."
That was still a nice one-handed catch.
Bengals take a 17-0 lead.

Its nice to see Cinci winning
I almost said "again, " but in my short 23 years it’s only happened 1 other time. What a year Benson is having.

Hopefully Henry
Will only be out for 6 weeks and we’ll keep him on the roster. We’ll need him for a playoff run. We can always activate Coffman or Simpson
the Spanish video feed
is now down. Any alternatives out there?
