AFC North fraught with tigers

This fat old Steelers fan thought the AFC North would be a comfortable place this year.  "Come on in," he said, "the water's great!"  Then, after 9 weeks, he realized that the division was being dominated by a most nerve-wracking creature, the Bengal Tiger:

"Egad!" screamed the Steeler fan in dismay.  "We thought it was just going to be us, and those dirty birds from Baltimore this year!  We weren't expecting such ferocity from the Nati!"  The tigers, cool as ever, just licked their chops.  Meanwhile, below the water...another gruesome kill...

I'll not engage in any race-baiting...

Every Bengal tiger has their place in my heart, including those of the white variety. Must we discriminate against this most ferocious Bengal specimen? Its face is pure fury, and speaks to me of perhaps the way Keith Rivers’ face looks when he’s crushing some unfortunate division opponent. Let’s be inclusive, not divisive, my brothers.

As always, with aplomb…

WHO DEY!

I don’t think tigers have races. Just breeds. :)

ha, no I am no critic.. the other picture of the tiger swimming towards a hunk of meat was my backdrop after we beat shittsburgh the first time around. I love it!

McWad.....You are truly THE MAN.

BTW. I was at the gym yesterday and I had on my headphones, ESPN played the replay of Pink Taco getting chased down and sacked. I thought of that pic with the (?) chicken and I busted out laughing so hard that EVERYONE stopped and stared at me like I was possessed. Hilarious.

"Shiny. Let's be bad guys."

You know what the best part of being a football fan is to me?

When I see the dejected and curse filled posts on these blogs after a team loses.

I am going to be having a blast on here next week.

Keep your hopes alive Cincy! It will make that much sweeter when we take back the division at home.

See you in Pittsburgh!!

By booing me you boo the truth

Do you hate the truth? Are you a liar?

Cincy fans, face the truth. You are scared. After Denver, you know you are scared. Our Defense gave up 3 points to the Broncos. Your offense might be better, but you all know our D will be playing like men possessed after our last meeting. Dink and dunk no longer works with the greatest player in the NFL back in the huddle.

You can hide your fear behind foolish pride, but we can see it in your eyes…

You fear us. You always have.

thats a little presumptuous..

Baltimore destroyed the Broncos allowing only 7 points.. how that last game turn out for us?

Ya Bal played Den at home and you on the road

Big differences. Denver was also clearly playing for pride after that loss, while they seemed overconfident and under-prepared for the Ravens.

We weathered the very best Denver could throw at us the fist half. We responded by allowing them 3 points. The second half, we wore them down and let Big Ben pick apart their D. Look for more of that Sunday. Muddle-huddle is your doom.

Your defense is not as good as Denvers. Period. You are a prideful bunch, but even you can admit that. One dumb penalty away from 35-10 roflstomp.

You know our Defense as well. You know how they will play Sunday at home, for the division. We are going to prove that your offense is who we KNOW they are.

We're so afraid

We’ve already beat you once. Can’t wait for benson to truck Polamalu again this year.

by brandone on Nov 10, 2009 2:51 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Again?

Try never this year.

And if you mean then you are over-exaggerating. That would be a big hit evenly distributed. Benson had a good angle on Troy, it says something that Troy stopped him cold without letting him get another yard on the play.

Its good one of you has the courage to admit your fear.

And I happen to like this video

I think it is far more timely and relevant.

He stopped him on that play,

but he kept on trucking play after play. Didn’t he? What happened to Troy after that play? He was stopped wasn’t he? Troy will remember, trust me, he doesn’t take the same approach again on Benson. Your Scared!!!!! He’s scared and all of Shitzburg is SCARED.

by WHYUS!! on Nov 10, 2009 5:35 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

What?

Yes it was a big hit both ways, no doubt. Troy is a human being. But Benson should have knocked Troy aside at that angle, instead Troy laid his ass down with no yards after contact.

Oh

And the day I ever fear your Bungles coming to Pittsburgh is the day hell is officially frozen over. And its mighty warm where I’m at.

And one win

Means nothing. We swept you guys more years then you have wins on us this decade. Think about that.

You beat us by 3 points in the 4th quarter. and suddenly were your bitch? You all need to be taught your place.

Ok

Fine, believe what you want. Reality is a cold hard bitch.

You all need to get your jabs in with a quickness, I understand this. Who knows how many more years it will be before you have a chance to talk shit to us again, and feel its justified.

If we win, you’ll have to swollow your pride!! Big gulps!!

Haha

I already did after week 3. I know how it feels to lose. I am just supremely confident it wont happen again. You’ll see. And then I wont have to deal with Cincy fans again for a whole year! The quiet from your corner will be intoxicating to me.

At least until

The playoffs. When we take out ben’s knees. Assuming he hasn’t gotten arrested for raping anyone else yet.

Classy stuff about Ben

I like how you live in the past and still haven’t gotten over that loss.

Ben Roethlisberger revealed on ESPN

Whats that all about? I’m just curious.

Probably just an interview. They always hype them up by saying stuff like that.

Yeah, I searched for it yesterday online because I saw it advertised

And it was basically a little shoot on Ben hanging with the O-line and a few other Steeler players. They interviewed him about the civil lawsuit and that was about it. A positive story.
