Mike Brown MUST Retire #15 Jersey....R.I.P. SLIM
This is a sad sad day for us fans, the CIncinnati Bengals, and the NFL. Mike Brown has to step up and retire his Jersey, he was always a Bengal and wanted to be a Bengal for his entire career. Nobody should ever wear the number 15 on the Cincinnati Bengals ever again it belongs to Chris Henry. He had turned his life around and everything was looking up for him and his family...he was to be married in March and him and his fiance' had already purchased their wedding rings. This will impact the team hard and football doesn't matter right now, their has to be a tribute at the next home game and it should be where the Bengals retire his Jersey.....Again I say that nobody should wear number 15 for the Bengals again. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends, and I hate to say it but Rest In Peice Slim you will be missed and never forgotten! I'm in tears right now, He had kids that won't have their father around to take care of them and this is just tragic. I dont know what else to say guys but this is horrible

Cant believe people dont want to retire his jersey....wow
that is messed up
CB85......Collaros for Heisman
It's not messed up
I do not want to come off as rude, but retiring a jersey is for someone who was a dominant force in this league and role model player. I hate the fact that he is gone, but he was not a role model early on or dominant force. We haven’t seen the Redskins retire 21 for Sean Taylor or the Broncos retire 27 for Darrent Williams. No disrespect should be taken by what I say please. Just saying that his jersey should not and will not be retired.
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
We'll probably see #15 as a decal for the rest of the year
Similar to the #21 of Sean Taylor and the #27 of Darrent Williams after their passings. I don’t think it will be retired, either, at least not officially, but I do think that it will be a long time before someone dons the number 15 as a Cincinnati Bengal.
I am for retiring the number, however.

If we DON’T see the decal, that would be a travesty. Not retiring it, however isn’t. I still kinda think they should, but if they don’t it’s not as huge a travesty.
Definitely will see a decal this weekend
Without a doubt.

I think a good idea...
is that every game, someone different gets to wear the 15 jersey. Some college team does this (I don’t remember which one), and I thought it was a very meaningful tribute to someone who was a close friend and teammate.
If not retired then at least but him the a Ring of Honor thing if you have one
Players who should be in the Hall of Fame
DIck Lebeau, Pat TIllman, Dwight White, Donnie Shell, L.C. Greenwood, Ray Guy, Steve Tasker, Greg Llyod, Andy Russel, Chris Carter and Kevin Greene

Not for retiring the #
Very sad day in Bengal Land. Looked like Chris had turned things around. But as far as retiring his #, i question that. That should be for someone who has spent years of service and dedication, made his teams better on and off the field, and was one of the best at their positions. Chris had the talent to be one of the best, but his choices kept him from being that. The Bengals were his family, and im sure they will find the proper way to honer him.
Hey Tenn,
not sure how to vote on this, but just wanted to point out one thing. Darrent Williams, fallen Bronco, wore #27. Knowshon Moreno I believe is now wearing #27.
