Should the Bengals give Kelley Washington another try?

PrintIn a post on Tuesday, we pointed out that Kelley Washington was released by the Patriots. We updated that post to point out that Washington is headed to New York on Wednesday night -- however, since he's considered an unrestricted free agent, he can't sign until February 27; so we assume it's just a formality.
My question to you guys is this (and why):
