Wait, is that the wrong Chris Crocker? Hmm. Never noticed that. Anyway, the Bengals signed someone! The Bengals signed someone! According to NFL.com's Adam Schefter, anyway. Crocker's agreement finally puts the Bengals on the free agency scoreboard. The deal is expected to be worth $10 million, with $3.5 guaranteed. Not too bad for a player who was picked up in the middle of last season as free agent.
Talk about taking advantage of your opportunities. Good signing or no?

Good move.
This gives us good depth, with seven safeties also — which I think the Bengals want to stock up on.

Is that after he’s seen the OL or WR depth chart?
If they go 6/4 or 5/5 at CB/S think we’re looking solid, while allowing us to focus on CB cover.

Dexter’s gone – no question. Maybe they should keep him through camp though as an insurance policy against injury.

The only way I see Jackson staying is if the coaches see his leadership and experiences as qualities that they should keep around.
