Linebacker Aaron Curry scheduled to visit Cincinnati
According to Scout.com, the Bengals will host a visit with Wake Forest linebacker, Aaron Curry. No date was published, and no news sources are broadcasting any announcement either.
Curry has already visited the Detroit Lions and a league source told Scout.com that Curry has visits also scheduled with the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, and Kansas City Chiefs. According to NFLDraftScout.com, Curry is also expected to have a private workout with the Browns and Seattle Seahawks.
Curry, according to many league sources, is the safest player in the draft because few flaws show up on game tape and he might be the one player that is most ready to play as a rookie.

This could just be cause I'm biased toward Wake
but i would give my left nut for Curry to be in stripes next year. I’ve had the luxuary of seeing almost every game hes played the past three years and IMHO hes the real deal. Too bad this is wishful thinking because unless the front offices of all 5 teams drafting before us pick up a crack habit theres no way he’ll still be on the board

PFT is saying
that the Bengals are offering the number 6 pick- plus CincyMike’s left nut, to Detroit for the top pick overall but the Lions are apparently holding out for someone’s manboob to sweeten the pot.
Seriously, though, why bother have Curry work out for us as some exercise in futility? Is it some assbackwards incentive to do even worse next year?
