About Cedric Benson
We need more pictures on this blog, so I thought this little post might help brighten some things up a little. In lieu of the Cedric Benson signing, let's hope we can see and remember him like this:
Instead of like this:
Because God only knows we've seen quite enough of that from the Cincinnati Bengals to last two more lifetimes. It would help Benson's cause if the Bengals could successfully build an offensive line for him to run through.
In case you were wondering, that second picture is from Cedric's magical boat ride from last summer. Here's hoping the lakes at Big Bone Lick state park don't beckon too loudly. Or if they do, discretion is involved.

The last time you posted a picture
It was a guy, looking and talking like a girl, that yelled at all of us to leave Brittney alone. You can see my hesitation to give our poor readers a break.

A Chris Crocker is a Chris Crocker...
…is a Chris Crocker is a Chris Crocker. I don’t see the big difference between the two.

I know I didn't answer the call when you asked for authors...
…so I don’t know if I’ve got standing when I suggest that IFC’s picture-posting privileges be suspended, but yeah…the “leave Britney alone” photo has haunted me for several days now.

I think Ced’s taken an awful lot of undeserved grief for that supposed boating infraction. If it hadn’t happened in the context of his underachievement and disenchantment with the Bears it wouldn’t have amounted to anything more than a bump in the road. His mistreatment at the hands of the law down there was at least equal to if not greater than his own misdeeds. Hell, if tossing a few back out on the lake was held against a fellow, Lake Cumberland would be empty, the Ohio Naval Fleet mothballed.
