PrintAlong with Quan Cosby and Marlon Lucky, the Bengals signed a quarterback that will predictably compete with Jordan Palmer for that third-string emergency quarterback spot. Billy Farris, quarterback out of Colorado State signed with Cincinnati late Sunday night.
