Give Kenny Watson a chance

Assuming he's back from injuries, I really hope the Bengals give Watson a shot to be the starter. I've seen nothing impressive from Benson. Watson's worst ever ypc average over a season is better than Benson's best ever. In 2007 when the o-line was injury depleted and just miserable all around, Watson still put up very good numbers. His entire career he's posted solid numbers, well over 4 ypc, and he's a good blocker. I don't understand why he doesn't get a shot to be the starter.

I think they were hoping to do that last year when Perry started screwing up but he really showed signs of decline in practice.

Compromise

I think you have a valid point but I think we should work Watson and Benson into the backfield like the Jaguars did with MJD and Fred taylor of use Watson, Benson and Perry into the backfield like the Giants Earth, Wind and Fire.
