Bengals Trivia -- Who is the first person to play high school, college and professional football all in Cincinnati?
When the Bengals signed punter Kevin Huber on Thursday, he became only the second player in Bengals history to play high school, college and now professional football in Cincinnati. Can you name the first person?

Hummm… this might be true. Digger went to Elder, and then UC and now with the Bengals. Looks like Mike is proving the Kentucky Post wrong — where I got the idea for the trivia.

Has Digger actually played for the Bengals...
or does signing alone count?

The bengals and Kevin Huber?
Could it have been Kyle Cook? I’m old and have a buzz, but he was born in ohio. I don’t know where he went to highschool, but he went to college in cincy and we all know he was a Bengal, unless your 25 or younger.

I’m sorry, i meant Greg cook. Sorry, i told you i’m old and had a buzz.
Clem Turner
The first such player was RB Clem Turner, a fourth-round Bengals draftee in 1969 who went to Woodward High, then to UC. Turner played for the Bengals only in ’69; he then played for Denver from ’70-72
Greg Cook?
I know Greg Cook was from the Dayton area, but attended U of Cincy and then drafted by the Bengals in the 1st round (5th overall) of the 1969 draft. He then went on to become the Rookie of the year before injury ended his career. Many have said, if not for the career ending injury, he very well could have become the best QB of ALL time. But sadly, we’ll never know.
CLEM TURNER
Drafted in the fourth round was a bengal in ’69 than went to Denver.
