I am not going to retype their entire article, but check out the pics of the plane and the banner in tow. Absolutely hilarious! This one almost beats the Mike Brown record urinal cakes.. As a pilot, I do know they could put a TFR over Georgetown stadium, but they usually require notice of more than a day. They actually can not get upset at the pilot unless he flies so low that people feel that their life is in danger or he somehow begins damaging property. TFR's are usually placed over PBS on sundays or the reds stadiums when they have games to keep people from flying over.. its a big deal. Great job WDR, keep pressing Mikey Boy, we gotta win someday..
