"The (fans) are hungry just like we are," said Peko, one of the defensive captains. "They're waiting for a change. We've been losing and losing and it's time for a change…We've got to go out there and prove to these fans that we want to win. Once we start winning those seats will get filled up. We're not worried about that."

anybody got any tips on where I can hustle some scalpers Sunday Morning?
i’m thinking i can pull off a cheap ticket once the game has already started. I just hope there will still be scalpers standing around trying to scrounge up anything get from their leftover tix.
Can’t give the money directly to Mikey, but i’ve gotta see this game Sunday. Dude, there’s no way they sold out today.
3 yards and a pile of dust
how is buying tickets from a licensed scapler an illegal activity???

Off the topic
Usually I am pretty excited at the beginning of football season. I am one of those hope fans that thinks that the bengals might make it to playoffs every year. But then I watched the game last night. What a big difference there is between the elite and the bengals. Although the steelers o-line is suspect and they no longer run the all bettis style, the bengals don’t have the DB’s to cover Holmes, Ward and Miller. Even with a bad o-line, the bengals still will have trouble getting pressure there. Then you have to talk about the bengals o-line. There is going to be a lot of trouble standing up to the likes of tenn., Pitt., Balt. But then again I am a hopeful fan.

maybe you need to work on your hoping.
the steelers looked very beatable last night, and very well should have been, if the titans hadn’t tried to play it safe at the end when they had the ball and three timeouts.
