Chad Is Not Bitching
While I'm still licking the wounds caused by Brandon Stokley, I guess I've found a little bit of solace knowing Chad Ochocinco isn't quite ready to throw his team out with the rest of the bath water. In fact, he seems downright supportive, a drastic change from last season's me-first displays. Hell, he even acknowledges such on his Twitter account, giving me even more reason to hope.
Of course, this hope is quickly dashed after I recall Stokley running parallel to the goal line, making sure the Bengals had little-to-no time to do anything about one of the flukiest plays in NFL history.
In other news, the offense can't be that bad, can it?

Disappointed more in Dhani Jones during that play.
He got outrun by a mile and he didn’t persue the runner all the way to the goal line. Sorry, but if you’re winded Dhani, get out of the game and let some fresh legs play.
You can't blame Dhani Jones
He’s a Middle Linebacker. Stokley is a Wide Receiver with a five yard headstart. There was no way he could catch him and he didn’t give up until the five yardline which by then it was pointless and we all knew the game was over. Maybe Rivers would have caught him, but Stokley probably would have gotten out of bounds and they would have kicked a field goal anyway.
