So are the Chiefs.
Philly is absolutely murdering them. If I’m not mistaken, Kevin Harlan said at one point early in the fourth quarter, KC has had 10 possessions in the game and had 3-and-outs on 6 or 7 of them.
Wow.

This is essentially the worst start we could have had.
Great KO return, offense kills momentum with a false start and 2 straight stupid running plays that are completely ineffective.
Defense gets the Steelers deep in their own territory, lose contain on a 4-man rush and have awful coverage in what I can only assume is a Cover-3 against 2 streaks and a post, then blitz inside while Willy P bounces it outside.
A few missed bad blocks on the Steelers by the refs already, but we can’t blame them.

This is what Lance McAlister is talking about. This is the type of game that Palmer is supposed to take his team to a new level. This is when our franchise quarterback is supposed to take all the adversity that they’re experiencing now and win this.
Is it Palmer’s fault? Maybe not. But that’s not the point. The point is, he’s supposed to rise above the rest. And, well….

to break the hearts of every fan in cincinnati

The first half has taken one hour so far.
The Steelers, of course, are driving and get the ball after the half.
Like I said earlier, I would not have taken the ball first. Not in a game that’s a defensive struggle.

probably not a good sponser to run ads about how to save money during a bengals game
since you could save a few hundred bucks a years not going to home games
by palewook on Sep 27, 2009 5:21 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
They shouldn't even call those home games..
its a disgrace

This is honestly ridiculous
Steelers are doing exactly what the Bengals should be doing and now Zimmer is not adjusting

glad ward could set that record against us

maybe if I Start
to root for the Steelers the Bengals would start winning
by featherman on Sep 27, 2009 5:23 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
i like this plan
go stillers. win n’at. y’ins can do it.

rooting for the steelers is like sitting on and taking an orange street cone
by Diesel2405 on Sep 27, 2009 5:24 PM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
at this point
that might be more pleasurable.

And more Brandon Johnson

wonder what the half-time speach will consist of
i know some of you would rather be twittering or at home with your PS3 playing madden..

the only reason they went for it is cuz our offense cant do shit
by jamesxi3 on Sep 27, 2009 5:30 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs

i have an idea
let’s just fuck up the game clock and make the bengals think they only have a minute left on each drive
by brandone on Sep 27, 2009 5:31 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
so housh has 0 receptions

Horrible clock management

Here's a question:
Will the Bengals outscore the Browns today?
by IFChris on Sep 27, 2009 5:38 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
the only way i see a second half comeback
is the defense getting to ben and causing turnovers. we don’t need 3 and outs, we need momentum changers.
by brandone on Sep 27, 2009 5:39 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
I have an Idea
Bengals should throw quick slants and bubble screens until the Steelers can stop it.
by featherman on Sep 27, 2009 5:39 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
the good news is
they couldn’t have played much worse and are only down 10.
what i’d like to see in the second half:
more bernard scott. especially catching it out of the backfield
more henry. despite lewis’ objections, he can play.
more defense like that 4th down stop.
by brandone on Sep 27, 2009 5:41 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
the Bengals got Neutered
in the first half . can they grow a new pair?
by featherman on Sep 27, 2009 5:42 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
Last offensive play
…you want to dump it to Leonard?
a five-month old Labrador could make a better call than that!
Lucky to be on the board, but Palmer looks like he’s got a pair of brown trousers on.
