Cincinnati Bengals announce the 2009 Practice Squad; welcome back Chris Pressley

On Sunday afternoon, the Cincinnati Bengals announced the team's practice squad, Tweets Joe Reedy. After playing sparingly in 2008 as a rookie, Corey Lynch joins the practice squad.
