I'm going through it this year with the Bengals! Watching the games till the last second. They have to get the ball to Gresham. With that said, for those of you ready to bail out on the Bengals and get ready for next year and draft this year 5 weeks into the season hear me well. The year isn't over. Carson is not the problem. The situations he is put in and not performing to your liking put another QB in those situations anyone. It's the play calling.On all his interceptions it was either get a sack for a safety, (which I think was the only one you can put on him). 3rd and 13 which should have been a run or screen play run it down to the 2 minute mark and punt it inside the 10 with no time outs less than 2 minutes and 90 yards to the endzone guess waht the defense steps up and Carson is only credited for one interception and a decent performance. I don't even want to talk about the last one. BUT nooooo, Brat calls a pass play Carson throws a pick the Defense is put in a bad position. Might I add Gresham was open on that play. Though short of the first down he has been known to to get extra yards after catch and most importantly it's not an interception... Regardless I'm going thru it and wanted to vent! Carson is the scape goat but He played well for a majority of the game even with that pick 6 they had the lead and should have won that game point blank! And the damn extra lineman has got to go. It's too predictable! I keep waiting for a playaction but noooooo defense plays the run and stuffs the run... The season isn't over and the Bengals play hard and win when it's a team they are suppose to lose too and last I checked our schedule from hear on out is full of those! It's not Carson and u suck it!
