Bengal Alumni Perhaps?
Consider this fix. Bring in former Bengal all-pro players as coaches.
Ken Anderson......Offensive Coordinator
Anthony Munoz....Offensive Line or Willie Anderson since he's here already
David Fulcher....... Defensive secondary or Charles Woodson he was an intern coach 2010
Bob Bergey.......... Linebackers
Carl Pickens........Recievers
Tim Krumrie........Defensive line
Etc.......the team needs player/coaches who were accomplished as pros not coaches who have never played a pro snap. This whole theory may be fantasy and unrealistic for alot reasons but deserves open discussion. What say you whodey nation?

that’s probably the worst person we could hire. Imagine him mentoring Chad and TO.
And wasn’t Krumrie a D-line coach at one point for us?
Moisture is the essense of wetness, and wetness is the essense of beauty.
posnaski from SI did an article on this a few weeks ago.
very few coaches either played or were good. it’s not necessarily a sure thing to go from being a good player to a good coach.
also, bringing pickens in would be like bringing dillon back to coach the running backs. baaaad idea.
RIP Slim.
NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!
Get someone who knows the inside of a good football organization. Not another Bengalized guy.
Ken Anderson was already on the staff for many years and didn’t do squat.
Pickens would rather have boiling oil poured on his eyeballs than work for Mike Brown, anyway.

Anderson also did wonders with:
David Klingler,
Jeff Blake,
Neil O’Donnell,
Paul Justin,
Akili Smith,
Scott Mitchell,
Gus Frerotte,
Jon Kitna
And With the Jaguars
—Byron Leftwich
So sure he mentored Big Ben in 07 when Ben was already 3 years in the league and won a superbowl…
