Step aside from the day to day operations of the Bengals. I mean really, he is what 72 or 74 years old now. When this glorious day does come, and the team probably is handed to Katie and Troy Blackburn. Will they learn from Daddy Mike's mistakes and run the team differently and inject some life and energy in to this franchise with a real GM. I can only hope, pray, wish, and rub any genie lamp I can find this happens this offseason.
