Personally I think that in the off season this team just needs to make a couple of changes. I hear chatter about how Marvin needs to go, we need to draft a QB, get rid of Carson, end the Chad era, T.O. will not resign and of course FIRE Bratkowksi! I think we just need to get a better offensive line and of course FIRE Bratkowski! We need to draft for the front line and sign some guys in free agency to upgrade the talent that's competing for starting jobs. I think our run game gets better and our play makers will make plays. I'll use a well known phrase around here "It know it doesn't seem that simple, but it is". FIRE Brat hire better offensive lineman.

This way you get a guy in here that will scheme things based what our players are good at and you will have an offensive line that will give them time to execute those schemes. We have major talent and letting a lot of that walk out the door doesn't make you a better football team. If we can we need to keep Chad, T.O. Cedric, and yes even Carson. Give them a dominate unit up front and a better offensive mind to work with. With this I think this team instantly becomes one of the most dangerous in the league. I know that keeping these guys around especially T.O. is probably wishful thinking. I however can't help that I feel another try at this next year would yield better results with two simple changes.

Let's say that this team is in for a complete overhaul. We let T.O. walk without trying to resign, we release or trade Carson Palmer, we opt not to bring Chad back in, and we fire Marvin. Seems to me we're still ignoring the elephants in the room that seem to be the biggest problem. Along with that we basically punished everyone that was along for the ride. We would no longer have a coach that has any say in personnel, we would have a young depleted WR core, no QB that has NFL experience, and last but not least we still have a horrible offensive line. This team really isn't far from being great we're just a couple of changes away. Am I way off here? Is Carson, T.O. Chad, Cedric and  Marvin really the problem?
