Carson Palmer Nominated For FedEx Air NFL Player Of The Week

Carson Palmer completed 16 of 21 passes against the San Diego Chargers last week, for 269 yards passing and four touchdowns.

Not only was it Palmer's best game, in terms of a passer rating which fell 1.1 points short of a perfect rating, it also earned him a nomination for this week's FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week.

Other nominations include Josh Freeman, who completed 21 of 26 passes for 237 yards passing and five touchdown passes in a 38-15 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers completed 25 of 37 passes for 404 yards passing and four touchdowns in the Packers' dominating 45-17 win over the New York Giants.
