Benjamin Watson is a Brown.
Many considered Benjamin Watson the best TE available in the free agency market. The Browns paid Watson $6.35 million in guaranteed money to sign a three-year, $12 million contract with the Browns.
A first-round draft pick of the Patriots in 2004, respected as a speedy pass-catcher, he finished with 29 receptions, 404 yards, and five touchdowns last season. Watson's career season came in 2006 with 49 receptions and 643 yards.
Watson may be best known for his touchdown saving tackle of Champ Bailey (45 second mark).
The Bengals have approximately 16 shopping weeks left until the Hall of Fame Game. TE's still available: Randy McMichael, L.J. Smith, David Martin, Bo Scaife (RFA), Anthony Fasano (RFA), David Thomas (RFA), and Jeff King (RFA). The Bears and Broncos are said to be listening to offers for Desmond Clark and Daniel Graham.

Good. Great. Grand. Wonderful..
I think I liked the Browns better when Holmgren wasn’t there. They are actually making good moves this offseason, really annoying.

but who is their qb?
none of the ones on their roster scare me. and they would be drafting at least the 3rd best qb in the draft this year because claussen and bradford should be gone by 7.
RIP Slim.
jake delhomme
thats a possibility. browns have been sniffing around asking questions.
