Ben Rapistberger is being investigated by the Milledgeville, Georgia Police Dept because of sexual assault allegations.

I don't know...Michael Vick type suspension sound about right? or is ESPN and Goodell going to pretend this didn't happen either.

last time I made a comment about Tiny Ben and women I got a lecture about how rape isn’t funny. I agree, it’s not funny, however I am laughing now at this case and would laugh even harder if his motorcycle fell apart underneath him on the highway.

how big of a tool Ben is? If so, where is it, I’d like to read it. I know a guy who knows a guy (I know, good source right?) who went to school with Ben at Miami and says he is a giant tool off the field also, for what it’s worth. Just wondering.

Well he was actually CHARGED and was also a repeat offender.

Ben won’t get suspended until/unless he gets actually convicted and/or found liable in civil court.

No, it doesn’t, but it does display a much higher degree of confidence from the police department that there might actually be something here.

As for second time, it’s the second accusation, but it’s not proven yet that he’s guilty in either. Oh I suspect he almost certainly is, but a good chunk of that is because anything that hurts PIT makes me very happy. So maybe I more “hope” he is, and that he gets suspended for it.

There is defintiely something different about this one

Simply due to the fact that this was reported shortly after the alleged incident, while the last one it was way after the fact. Plus I have not heard any reports on the question of character on the accuser.

Maybe he needed to take his frustrations out..

After losing to the Bengals twice in one year, he needed to take it out on someone he could push around.

As much as I hate the Steelers, that organization prides itself on it’s reputation, which is pretty much immaculate unless you’re a fan of another AFCN team. It seems like this clown doesn’t give two shits about any of that. Guilty or not, he comes across as a total douchebag. Where’s that picture of him with the “drink like a champion” shirt? Quit acting like a college freshman and grow the hell up. Act like the multi-million dollar face of a franchise you’re supposed to be.
