The Bengals have picked up a Safety off waivers from the Seahawks according to Adam Shefter's twitter page

Willingham is an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee signed by Tampa Bay in 2009. He has also had run in's with the Dallas Cowboys, and the New England Patriots. It doesn't appear he has gotten much action playing for any of these team's but will show up to be more competition in training camp.

From Bucstats.com

DeAngelo Willingham was a transfer from a junior college in 2007. He’s got decent long speed (mid 4.4s to mid 4.5s depending on the running surface) and excellent size at 5-11, 217. He had three interceptions last year, but was also burned in coverage pretty bad sometimes (the Alabama game comes to mind.) His size and speed project him to safety instead of corner, which is where he played at Tennessee. I’m kind of surprised he didn’t get drafted since he had pro visits to several teams. He could be another Elbert Mack type who hangs on with his tenaciousness and special teams play.
