A league source said Tuesday that the Bengals have a reached a four-year agreement with seventh-rounder Reggie Stephens, a center from Iowa State. Stephens becomes the fourth of nine draft picks to reach a deal, which he’s expected to sign later in the week. Also in the fold are sixth-rounder Dez Briscoe, fifth-rounder Otis Hudson and fourth-rounder Geno Atkins. The Bengals don’t comment on contracts until they are signed.
