Bengals Agree To Terms With Offensive Lineman Reggie Stephens
As Jason points out (via the Mothership), the Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to terms with offensive lineman Reggie Stephens on Tuesday. Stephens, listed on Bengals.com as a center, is likely going to be used as a versatile backup interior linemen (what that means for Jonathan Luigs, who knows).
Drafted as the team's ninth player taken by the Bengals in the seventh round -- 228nd player taken overall -- Stephens becomes the fourth drafted player that the Bengals have come to terms with, with Dezmon Briscoe, Otis Hudson and Geno Atkins in the bag.
The contract will likely include a base salary of $1.79 million and a signing bonus around $100,000.

echo the Jungle Welcome
man, the Bengals have a real nice group of versatile OLineman right now…. Otis Hudson can play G and T, Andre Smith could likely play G if necessary, we know Whit can play pretty much every spot with exception of C, (although i’m sure he could probably learn C, too). Luigs and Stephens will probably study the three interior spots….
I’m liking our O-Line depth and versatility right now.
