Terrell Owens Misses Flight To Cincy?

Well here we go,he agrees to a contract and for some reason misses his flight here for a news conference,and being its his first official act as a Bengal,one has to wonder how serious he might be playing for less money,I know Im suppose to end this with get your popcorn ready,but you might wanna hold off on the butter on it.

On his way now...
Missed the 5:30 or so flight, made the 7:00 flight (I’m working under the assumption he’s in LA). No big deal. He just tweeted a second ago that he’s on his way to Cincy. Maybe it messes up the media schedule, but that’s about it.
I understand people miss flights everyday
But in this case,knowing how much excitement their is building on Owens being here,wouldnt you think that he be there early,hes a diva,he knew that the media circus was awaiting for his arrival,did he do it on purpose? Who knows,but you got to admit,this was his first official act as a Bengal,and Carson wasnt throwing the ball when he dropped it in this situation.

don’t flip that quick….could be a # of things that happened…traffic, airport security, washing his new convertible bengals beetle….this isn’t a big deal and we shouldn’t make it a bigger one (ESPN and the like of PFT will do that enough).
I agree he shouldn’t have missed it, should’ve made sure he was there on time, but let’s not jump the gun

If I just hired you for 2 mill and maybe 2 mill more in incentives,and your suppose to be on the job on a certain afternoon,and you come in late on your first day,what do you think your boss is thinking when you finally show up?
If “being there on time” involves travelling across the country for an extended stay on 5 hours’ notice, I would have to imagine there’s some flex time.
