Andre Smith Could See A Lot Of Action Against The Eagles
On Tuesday, reports surfaced that Bengals 2009 first round pick Andre Smith was finally hitting the field, practicing with the team. We weren't sure if he'd play this weekend, but having him back now provides a sense of hope that Smith will be ready for the regular season. On Wednesday, it was speculated that Smith would get some snaps, due some injuries suffered at the position.
Now it's speculated that Smith could play a lot during Friday's preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Smith may not be out there with the first group after just two days of practice, but it looks like he’s going to have to play a bunch because the Bengals are running out of tackles. Andrew Mitchell (knee) has already been ruled out and by the looks of backup tackle Anthony Collins hobbling on crutches Wednesday, he won’t be ready, either, because of a sprained ankle still getting evaluated. Behind the starters that leaves just Smith and Gabriel Manns.
And that's fine. The more work, the better.

All jokes aside, Andre Smith has only been on the field for what................3 maybe 4 practices.
He is way to important to be put on the field if he is not ready. Smith was clearly not ready when he signed late last yer and broke his foot. I know that he needs live reps but I pray that this guy is 100% healthy and ready to rock!!
Kenneth Lewis Moore
Though he has practiced 4x, he has been working along with the trainers on conditioning and Dermonti Dawson on OL stuff since the start of training camp. He’s probably further along with things than the 4 practices would indicate.
Given everything, I also think Marvin wouldn’t let him come off the PUP until Andre could show he was beyond where his rehab needed to put him.

These injuries to Collins and Mitchell
Could be a blessing in disguise…Maybe Andre proves his value the next couple pre-season games and earns the starting spot before the opener in New England..
ALL HIS FAT ASS SEE'S IS???
DONUTS. HO HO;S AND TWINKIES!!!
If he does break his foot again, better it comes now.
That way they can IR him straight away and pick someone up on cutdown day.
