Think about Carson in the pocket. When they run play action, when they do regular drop back.... it seems like we never get a deep drop, and a deep pocket.... allowing patterns to develop down the field.... my take is that is reflective of overall pass protection.... last year it seemed when the Bengals ran play action, Palmer would get swarmed before the deep ball could develop... but it doesn't even seem like they try it anymore.... frustrating because they are too mistake prone to drive the length of the field continually for scores without more big plays....
