Our best pass blocker?

I dont know why we persist with Roland at RT and its obvious that the coaches have no faith in Smith,but one Tackle that hardly gets mentioned is Anthony Collins.

I remember Collins starting as a rookie and he held up at LT against Suggs,Harrison and Freeney,its a given he is our most athletic tackle and is a classic quick footed,long armed LT,with the problems we are having on the right side why not shift Whit over to RT(where IMO he is better suited and slide AC in at LT. Palmer is antsy in the pocket and I think he would like a pass blocker in there,Whit is a more physical lineman and probably sits with last years grind it philosophy but his pass blocking isnt stellar.

Its ironic but when Smith was drafted I envisioned the line as Follows;

LT Collins

LG Whitworth

C Cook

RG Williams

RT Smith

Big Whit played G,LT and RT before Lewis annointed him,I still like the look of that line. And despite the apparent lack of faith in Smith,I think we need to play him and give the guy a chance to see what he can do,yeah he got beatbad by Hughes in the pre season but Im sure Roland would have faired likewise.
