Cedric Benson is declining not Carson.
You want scary stats. Benson in the first 3 games averages 2.2 yds per carry in the first quarter with 20 attempts for 44 yds with a fumble and one LST. Benson on 2nd down has had 26 carries for 69 yds avg. 2.7 yds.
That leaves plenty of tough 3rd downs for Carson not to mention he is barely cracking 3yds per carry.
Bernard Scott ? Worth a shot to get more involved vs. Cleveland early on? I think so.
