JTO signs with Chargers. There is a football God. Do the Chargers have to pay his Bengal contract @ $2 mil per year because he signed before tuesday? Considering he went from a playoff contender to another is remarkable in itself. Didn't see where he lines up on the roster but he is ineligible for practice squad. Maybe left coast has been his calling all along. Anyway its a good thing he found another spot to become a fan punching bag.
