After haggling, debating, negotiating and posturing, the Cincinnati Bengals have announced that Marvin Lewis has signed a deal to return with the Cincinnati Bengals.

The press conference is scheduled for 4:30 pm Tuesday afternoon.

Now the question is how much of Lewis' demands were answered by Mike Brown, if Lewis simply signed because he knew it was his best option for the time being, or if this whole Brown era will actually change for the better.
